Pilnas specifikācijas
The UniFi Switch Pro 24 PoE is the latest addition to the UniFi Switch lineup. The new model has received a number of improvements, among which support for the modern PoE ++ standard, also known as 802.3bt, is not the least important. This expansion of functionality was dictated by both modern trends and the presence in the range of Ubiquiti points that work exclusively with this standard. Upon closer inspection, the UniFi Switch Pro 24 PoE is almost indistinguishable from its predecessors. The network interface of the equipment includes 24 gigabit Ethernet ports, each of which is capable of automatically detecting the type and distributing PoE, as well as two additional slots for SFP + modules. The only difference is the new 1.3-inch touchscreen display located on the front panel of the switch. However, now there is a division of the network interface according to the type of PoE supported. So, 16 RJ45 connectors work with the 802.3at / af standard, while the remaining 8 are designed to connect devices that support 802.3bt. Taking into account the possible high power consumption of equipment, the UniFi Switch Pro 24 PoE received a power reserve of 400W, which is enough to supply PoE to all switch ports. Despite the predictable increase in heat dissipation, the cooling system was not subjected to cardinal, since its capabilities turned out to be enough to effectively maintain an acceptable temperature inside the case, however, the coolers were replaced with less noisy ones. It is worth noting that although the UniFi Switch Pro 24 PoE switch is declared as an L2 / L3 network device, it can go on the shelves with firmware that supports only the second level functionality. This can be fixed by updating the software during the first start of the device. Like the rest of the UniFi line, the model in question does not have its own web interface and is controlled through proprietary software called the UniFi Controller. With the help of the latter, you can organize centralized management of all UniFi devices on the network.
